Introducing our CEO Maryam Musa, who moved to the U.S. at the age of 7, faced initial challenges adapting to a new language and culture. Embracing the opportunity, she tirelessly worked on acquiring essential skills, attending English learning classes and receiving speech therapy. English soon became as familiar as riding a bike. Maryam pursued a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Business Administration at The Ohio State University, driven by her passion for business and technology. Broadening her horizons, Maryam secured a position as a tech coordinator in Washington D.C. Yet, desiring more than a traditional job, she enrolled in the Management Training Program. Through hard work and dedication, Maryam achieved a managerial position in under 6 months. Maryam proudly serves as the CEO of Serene Marketing Inc., catering to numerous Fortune 500 clients. Her primary goal is to extend opportunities and broaden perspectives on communication. Determined to make a difference, Maryam is committed to empowering others by enhancing their communication skills.

Currently, I serve as an Account Manager at Serene Marketing, where I aim to enhance my skills and learn how to effectively run my own business. After experiencing limited growth in my previous role in government, I sought a more fulfilling opportunity. At Serene Marketing, Joy has honed her skills in account management, sales strategy, and team building, helping clients achieve their goals while also contributing to the growth of the company. Her ability to navigate complex business challenges and connect with diverse teams has made her an invaluable asset to the organization. Joy is a proud graduate of Charles Herbert Flowers High School, known as the “Mecca of Excellence,” where she laid the groundwork for her strong work ethic and leadership abilities. In 2022, she also joined the US Navy as an Information Systems Technician, expanding her technical expertise and commitment to service. I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park. During my studies, I completed several internships that provided valuable insights into the tech industry. However, witnessing the high layoff rates in tech made me rethink my career direction. Seeking a more stable and rewarding path, I discovered Serene Marketing, where I quickly advanced to an account manager role within just one month. My passion for leadership and personal development has driven me to master communication skills that empower others to grow and succeed, just as I have. Currently, my focus is on expanding my career in marketing and building my own business venture, Sanctus Inc. Meet Myles Neal, an ambitious young businessman whose journey into the world of entrepreneurship is nearly as old as he is. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, Myles’ passion for business and innovation began at an early age. From his early days elementary school, he demonstrated a keen interest in leadership and problem-solving. He was known for his ability to turn challenges into opportunities; always viewing difficult situations as catalysts for growth. He had multiple side hustles as a kid including lawn care, snow removal, and sneaker sales. This interest in business led Myles attended Virginia Wesleyan University for Business Management. After college, Myles obtained his Life and Health insurance license and embarked on a career in Life Insurance. Now, Myles is a top Account Manager here at Serene.
